At TezChat, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our AI-powered auto-reply mobile application. Our systems are designed with transparency, security, and full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies in mind.

2. Information We Collect

A. Local (On Your Device Only):
  • Saved instructions/prompts for auto-reply

  • AI message history (stored via SharedPreferences)

  • Token usage status

  • App preferences & settings

Note: We do not upload your chat messages or AI history to any cloud or third-party server.

B. Server-Stored Data (Only if Submitted):

We collect limited details only when:

  • You submit a request via the Delete My Data page

  • You report an issue using the "Report AI" flag

  • You fill the 7-day post-install form (mandatory after 7 days of use)

Details collected may include:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Type of Business or Work

  • Business/Team Size

This data is securely stored and is used only for support, safety, and legal compliance.

3. Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request any time via:

  • All submitted data is reviewed and deleted within 3 working days

  • No further data is retained after deletion

4. Notification Access Permission

TezChat requires the Notification Listener permission to:

  • Read messages from selected apps ("WA Official" or "WA Business")

  • Generate a reply using your saved AI instruction

  • Send the reply via system’s notification reply feature

We do not access, store, or misuse personal conversations. Everything happens in real time on your device.

5. AI Integration
  • Free Plan: Uses Gemini-based AI engine

  • Paid Plan: Uses GPT-based AI engine

  • AI messages are generated based on your saved instructions

  • We never use your messages or prompts to train any AI model

6. Tokens & User Management

We assign daily renewable tokens for fair usage:

  • Silver Tokens (100,000/day for free users)

  • Gold Tokens (for paid users)

Your Android ID is stored securely in Firebase to:

  • Track token usage

  • Manage "allow" or "block" status

  • Identify unique users safely

7. Reporting AI Issues

Each AI-generated message includes a “Report” button. If an issue is reported:

  • A minimal log (AI message & status) is sent to our secure Telegram bot

  • If your data is not already on file, we may request common details for issue tracking

All reports are reviewed by our support team to ensure quality.

Free plan users may see "Sent via TezChat" branding after every 3 messages.
Paid users can remove this branding and access premium features.

10. Data Retention Period
  • All server-stored data (via form/report) is retained only as long as necessary and deleted within 3 days of deletion request.

  • We do not retain or backup message content, AI responses, or user chats.
